Germany in the year 2048. A period of drought has destroyed all the intelligentsia. The evil Rado rules the people with a beastly seriousness. He has banned the schlagers, which encourage the lyrics to think critically. All pop singers live underground, so little Lea takes it upon herself to find the 'baby with the gold tooth'. Only then can Rado's reign of terror be stopped. Lots of weird adventures and bizarre characters await Lea, including the beautiful Handkus fairy and the Oracle of Offenbach...
