This parody of the well-known crime film noirs starring Humphrey Bogart is about two rival gangs, one from Michigo and the other from San Bonigo. The stakes of the battle between the gangs is a valuable check. Meanwhile, a calm and quiet schoolmaster, who is going to interfere, is not what he seems.
