Critical Condition plot

"A comedy of epidemic proportions."

He needs money and goes to a loan shark who manages to split a job in his stomach. The police come in and arrest them both. The loan shark holds him responsible and makes it clear that he will be killed. He has to stay out of jail and therefore pretends to be crazy. He is sent to an insane asylum for observation. During a power outage, he is mistaken for a doctor and must treat emergencies in critical condition. With his creativity he knows how to tackle the big problems in an unconventional way.
