"The Biggest Wave of Wackiness yet!"

The Stooges are aspiring reporters. They are recruited by the foreign spy Borscht and end up on a freighter. In the middle of the sea, they find out that Borscht has stolen a microfilm and hidden it in a watermelon. The Stooges do their best to thwart Borscht's plans.
