Nick Moroni asks one of the soldiers to hide his little son in the military barracks. Sergeant Camilloni finds the child, and believes it to be his own baby born from his former love affair. He asks the soldier to keep the child out of sight of others. The soldier then begins to exploit the situation and blackmail him.
