Clodo plot

A brave dog from Montmartre ends up in an unfriendly family. Only little Cathy is nice to him. When they go on vacation, they just leave it by the roadside. Clodo ends up in a farm and is adopted by Fabien, the son of a widow who likes to drink too much. Fabien helps his mother where he can, but he is above all an artist, who has been secretly in love with a girl, the daughter of a colonel, since childhood. When she returns to the village, Clodo plays an important role in their relationship.
