Chashme Bahaddar plot

Mumbai-based building contractor Parveen Dholakia wants to let the residents of a building leave. He wants to make his own business more successful. One of the residents is Rarajam, who lives a quiet life in the building. When he finds out about Parveen Dholakia's plans, he decides to file a complaint at the police station.
