"Heironymus Merkin, the most talented movie star who ever sang, danced and loved girls, girls, girls."
Hieronymous Merkin recently turned 40 and is now busy making a biographical film about his own life. He portrays himself in it as a puppet, controlled by an invisible master. Guided by his friend and counselor Goodtime Eddie Filth, young Merkin goes from one woman to another, eventually turning into a real lady killer. However, as the film draws to a close, Merkin will have to put his past behind him to face the truth of the present.
