C'était le Bon Temps plot

We are in 1958. A couple visits the Brussels World's Fair. He is English, she is Belgian, the daughter of a chip shop owner during the World Exhibition of 1935. Together with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr and Mrs Appelmans reminisce about 1935 while visiting the new exhibition.
