Builder Boys plot

Two friends, a real estate agent and a civil engineer, dream of becoming construction entrepreneurs but have no money and no land. They seize an opportunity in an old residential building for redevelopment and try to win the residents for the project. However, a superstitious real estate magnate sees it as his lucky charm, which complicates their plans.
