Brian plot

While Brian is smart, funny, and capable, his mental health issues make it difficult for everyone to see that. At school, Brian harbors an unrequited crush on Brooke, his teacher. Furthermore, a disastrous audition for the drama club leads to one of Brian's signature public meltdowns. Searching for a new purpose, he decides to run for class president. With the help of his therapist and new student Justin, Brian launches his campaign and begins an uneasy journey toward self-acceptance.
