Breakaway plot
"Love. It's A Team Sport"
Rajveer Singh is a 21-year-old boy of Indian background. His dream is to become a professional ice hockey player. He is talented, but faces many setbacks due to his ethnic background in this traditionally white sport. His father wants him to retire from his hockey career and focus on the family business. For his faith it is forbidden to cut his hair and he must wear a turban, but this is forbidden in ice hockey. In his teens, he refused to follow the religious tradition, which created tensions with his father. At a good time he starts a Sikh hockey team himself.
