Bottom-Up plot

Eefje becomes the new head of a well-integrated team where she has to deal with three old hands. She wants to streamline the department with modern management techniques, but she soon finds herself on thin ice with one of her employees, Frederick. A struggle for power ensues, which Eefje is determined to win in a civilized manner.
