Bonejangles plot

"When bones rattle, blood will flow."

A group of police officers transport the dangerous killer "Bonejangles" to a mental institution. When they drive through a cursed village, it appears that dead persons are rising from their graves. The group is forced to make a stopover. The cops realize there's only one way to defeat the undead: release "Bonejangles" so he can help them. The question is whether this is a wise decision...
