Baumschlager plot

Werner Baumschlager, a somewhat clumsy womanizer, is based as an Austrian UN official in the Middle East. Peace comes at last, but no one knows how to handle it properly. Suddenly there would be no need for UN flags, and there would be no room for heroic national defenders and victors of the war. An unpleasant situation, which is undesirable for many parties. Therefore, one would rather return to the old situation and therefore look for a scapegoat. Baumschlager is extremely suitable for this.
