Ausziehn! plot

When Norman can't convince his father, a wealthy industrialist, to even consider his brilliant idea for a donut store chain, the hopeful young entrepreneur manages to arrange an old apartment building to start with. He smuggles himself in incognito by taking the unpopular job of jack-of-all-trades. Norman immediately notices that things are not all peace and quiet with the idiosyncratic residents of the building when he finds a dead Santa Claus from the previous year in a fireplace.
