Attack of the Herbals plot

Jackson McGregor returns to his hometown, the small fishing village of Lobster Cove. Here, Jackson learns that real estate agent Bennett Campbell is taking over the village with new projects. Shortly after arriving, Jackson and his childhood friend find a mysterious and unaddressed crate that has washed up on the beach. The crate contains a strange matter, which can be used to make fine tea. Armed with this material, they soon resell the tea to all the villagers to compete with Bennet Campbell. What they don't realize, however, is that the tea has a strange effect on the villagers, with deadly consequences...
