Arnold's Wrecking Co. plot

"THE DOPIEST COMEDY OF ALL TIME"

Arnold Berman is an impossible figure; he can study very well, but otherwise he is completely tense, out of date and straightforward. His cousin Kenny knows all about this, because he is stuck with him during the summer holidays. Kenny and his friend Rollo give Arnold some weed to help him relax, but it only gets worse. Arnold literally becomes a different person: Horatio Alger, who drags the boys into a scam that runs into the millions. Horatio starts selling weed and quickly builds an entire empire. However, the local police and mafia do not miss this in the least.
