Midwife Anna is about to leave for a holiday with her children when neighbor Lukas rings the doorbell and asks for help for his girlfriend, who has been having contractions. Anna helps them and leaves on vacation after all. However, the next day she wakes up in her own bed again, and Lukas is at the door again.
