America accidentally drops a so-called 'smart bomb' in the village of Yukarisulakça on the Black Sea. The bomb crashes into Crazy Muhittin's cottage, but it doesn't explode. The US secret service starts a search for the location of the bomb, disguising themselves as 'inconspicuous' tourists. Meanwhile, however, a close friendship develops between Crazy Muhittin and the bomb.
