"Some of us evolve slower than others."

Jimmy is a terminally ill young man. But as of today, he has decided that he is happy and no longer sick. Jimmy's roommate James is a healthy and dreamy young man. They are best friends living together. They don't perform much and are happy with that. However, trouble arises when James announces that he will be leaving him in the morning for his new job. Jimmy sees this as destroying the perfect little world they've built. James ventures into the real world, while Jimmy sinks deeper and deeper into his isolated world and that of his illness.
