Along Came Ruth plot

Ruth Ambrose arrives in Action, Maine. She finds a room above Israel Hubbard's furniture store. Hubbard has four months of rent arrears. When he leaves, he puts Ruth in charge of his business. She improves the sales results through a lot of activity and by improving the decoration of the store. Then Ruth has a romance with Allan, Hubbard's cousin.
