In the late 1960s, the Whit family gathers for Grandpa Sparta's funeral. But this is no ordinary funeral, let alone an ordinary family. For example, the deceased had no cows, but camels. In addition, the women of the Whit family are known for their love of ears. Grandma even bites off her beloved man's ear as a keepsake!
