A Decent Arrangement plot

Ashok Khosla, an Indian-American copywriter, travels to India in search of an arranged marriage. Under the care of his cousin Preeti, he meets potential brides-to-be and their families, but he struggles with the cultural differences. Coincidentally, Ashok meets Lorie, an American woman who travels through India in search of new experiences. Meanwhile, he is saddled with Amita, an Indian woman who wants to approach her life on her own terms, regardless of tradition.
