Ji-hyeon (Na-Young Lee) has a perfect life as a photographer after undergoing sex reassignment surgery. One day, a boy (Hee-soo Kim) knocks on her door, claiming she is his father. This is correct and Ji-hyeon tries as best he can to be a real father to the kid. However, her unsuspecting friend Joon-seo (Ji-seok-I Kim) becomes increasingly suspicious.
