"Every Life Matters"
In 2015, the body of a Syrian toddler washed up on the Turkish coast. Drowned after the dinghy in which he and his family tried to escape to Greece sank. The photo of the dead body became a heartbreaking icon of the refugee problem. Oscar Camps, head of a rescue team from Barcelona, is so moved by the image that he immediately leaves for Lesvos to help. Oscar, an ex-alcoholic and estranged from his daughter, encounters resistance, from local authorities to his right-hand man Gerard, who tells him that you cannot solve a humanitarian crisis alone.
