Chile is under the rule of the Spanish monarchy. The royalists support the king. However, there is one freedom fighter they cannot defeat: Manuel Rodriguez, a champion of disguise and a cunning tactician. Together with General San Martin, he forges plans and takes actions to give the independence movement new hope. San Martin meanwhile reorganizes the army from the Andes.
