Dalida plot

In the 1950s, Yolanda Gigliotti, the Egyptian daughter of an Italian violinist, arrives in Paris with the title Miss Egypt. She has come to France for her career as an actress which has started very promising. Her real dream is to become a singer and she will do everything she can to realize that... In the sixties, Dalida has a passion for philosophy and the East. In the meantime, she continues her career as a singer. She is not very happy in love, but her career is improving, she becomes world famous in the disco era in the seventies. But what's the point of all that celebrity, if you're not happy...
