Bathory plot
Countess Elizabeth Bathory (Anna Friel) has only survived history for one reason. She was the worst female killer in history. But beyond this barbaric habit, Elizabeth was a woman ahead of her time. She firmly believed that the role of women should not be as subordinate as was the custom at the time.
