"For centuries a treaty has existed between the human world and the realm of the demons."
A non-aggression pact has been made between the demons and the human world. This pact has until now been upheld by a group of undercover agents known as the Black Guard. The pact is to be renewed at the end of the twentieth century, but terrorists are trying to sabotage things. Their target is the legendary Dr. Josepp Maiyart, without whom the signing cannot take place. Of course the Black Guard does everything they can to protect the doctor....
