Li Yunxiang lives in a slum and has a fulfilling life as a delivery boy. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycle racing, but when he loses to the arrogant and rich son of "Boss", he loses his beloved motorcycle. When the same son hurts his sister, something in Li snaps and he seeks revenge. The God of the Rebels, named Nezha, helps Li by giving him special powers.
