Who Said Death Is Beautiful? plot

In a zombie-infested Japan, Rika, an infected intern, takes care of genius Rei and her sister Yuna. Yuna is turned into a zombie; Rika and Rei flee. Rika suggests they escape abroad with Takashiba for hope; while Rei wants to return home. Once there, they are confronted with the confession of a transformed Yuna. Is there any hope in the midst of all the despair?
