Who's Hungry? plot

A boy and a girl visit an ice cream truck. However, the ice cream seller turns out to be a bit murderous; he kidnaps children and then turns them into ice cream. However, the little girl manages to escape and tries to save the boy. In the meantime, this one is trying out some of the delicious ice cream.
