Wasteminster plot

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson tells the press in front of 10 Downing Street about the leading role that the British government is playing in combating the global problem of plastic waste pollution. According to the prime minister, the British can be very proud of that. But then suddenly a plastic bottle falls from the sky, landing right on Johnson's head. Imperturbable, the Prime Minister continues to praise Britain's anti-waste policy. Until a torrential rain of garbage descends.
