A flock of sheep lives in a beautiful green valley. However, their peaceful life is disrupted when a wolf pack sets up camp in the nearby ravine. The pack leader Magra announces that he wants to hand over his leadership to the one brave enough. The bloodthirsty Gear steps forward immediately. The clumsy Gray is the only one willing to challenge him. To become a true leader and win Bianca's love, Gray retreats to the forest where he encounters a fortune teller. She gives him a magic potion.
