Tweet Dreams plot

Sylvester tells a psychiatrist about his frustration at not being able to catch Tweety. Sylvester's sob story apparently puts the Doctor to sleep, and when the Doctor wakes up, he realizes he has to fly (literally, by flapping his arms) to Detroit. Sylvester jumps out the window to fly after the psychiatrist.
