The Last Words of Dutch Schultz plot

In 1935, the last words of gangster Arthur Flegenheimer, aka Dutch Schultz, are recorded by an FBI stenographer. He talks about everything but refuses to say who shot him. His verbiage is illustrated by animations based on images from old and new films that suggest a look inside Schultz's head. This stream of images is interrupted several times by a live-action reconstruction of the murder.
