The Greatest Surf Movie in the Universe plot

Faced with total extinction, a brilliant geneticist discovers a miraculous vaccine that is quickly put into production, saving the last remnants of humanity. Unfortunately, there's one side effect: the vaccine completely erases all memory of surfing. It's now up to surfing god Hughie to assemble a team of former greats in a final attempt to save surfing.
