Tezuka Osamu no Budda: Akai Sabaku yo! Utsukushiku plot
In the kingdom of Shakya, 2005 years ago, Prince Siddhartha Gautama was born. At his birth, the prophecy is made that he will become the king of all kingdoms. The boy grows up and seeks contact with people from other, lower classes, such as Migaila, a thief. This gives him doubts about the caste system even though he grew up in luxury and as a future king. Later, Shakya is attacked by the mighty kingdom of Kosala.
