"The next-to-the-last hope of mankind."
The sweet and simple inhabitants of the peaceful Kikoriki Island are taken by surprise when the local scientist invents a device he calls the 'Improverizor'. This is a helmet that allows you to take over someone else's properties. The cowardly Wally wants to try it out to get rid of his cowardly behavior, but it all goes wrong. Instead of becoming a tough boy, he turns into an even more scared boy. But not only he has changed, the other inhabitants of the island are no longer the same.
