Sintel plot
A girl named Ember searches for a baby dragon she calls Scales. A flashback shows Ember finding Scales with an injured wing and helping to care for it, forming a close bond with it. By the time his wing recovered and he could fly, Scales was captured by an adult dragon. Ember has been on a quest to save Scales ever since.
