"The New Scooby-Doo Movie You'll Howl For!"
In Transylvania, Dracula prepares his annual monster race. To his surprise, the werewolf has left and is not coming back. In the spellbook, Dracula finds a way to create a new werewolf before the race. The victim is Shaggy, Scooby-Doo's owner. During a night out at the drive-thru with Scooby, Scrappy and his own girlfriend Googie, Shaggy is enchanted. The whole couple ends up in Transylvania and Shaggy learns that he can only become human again if he wins the monster race.
