Ranma ½: Chûgoku Nekonron Daikessen! Okite Yaburi no Gekitô Hen plot

The story begins with a little weird guy named Happosai. Happosai is obsessed with women's underwear. He steals this from clotheslines and keeps it in a big bag. When Happosai wants to steal Tendo's underwear, the turnips are done. Ranma catches him and wants to scold him, but instead of blaming Happosai, Akane thinks Ranma is to blame. This creates a rush through the city where all the important figures from the Ranma story are introduced.
