Raikou: Ikaduchi no Densetsu plot

Kenta, a future Pokémon master, has met Marina, a childhood friend, at the Poké Center to test how good they have become. Their fight is interrupted by a storm and the arrival of two Team Rocket members. They plan to catch the legendary Pokémon Raikou, but Kenta and Marina won't let this happen just like that.
