Polo sans Bobo plot

Polo reluctantly moves from the city to the countryside and goes to live above the hospital where his mother works. Polo's greatest wish is to return home. Until he becomes friends with Juliette. She also lives in the hospital, but for a different reason: she has a toad in her heart.
