Neptune Nonsense plot
Felix the cat feeds his pets: a bird, two dogs and a goldfish. He finds out that his goldfish is lonely and goes looking for a second goldfish. Underwater he manages to find a second goldfish, but it calls for help, after which Felix is arrested and he has to answer to King Neptune on suspicion of wanting to eat the goldfish.
