"Evil is Unleashed!"
Determined to take over Earthrealm, Kano attacks city after city with the help of three cold-blooded mercenaries from the Black Dragon. One young man does not bend a knee to Kano: Kenshi. Stubborn and undisciplined, Kenshi loses both his eyesight and self-confidence after Kano and his clan attack him. Kenshi then comes under the care of Kuai Liang, better known as Sub-Zero. He is now retired and reluctant to train Kenshi. However, he is also the only fighter strong enough to challenge Kano. Along the way, Kenshi rediscovers the hope he had lost and a possible path to redemption. Will that be enough to stop Kano and save Earthrealm?
