Miniscule 2 is completely in line with the first film. The same approach also where animation images were implemented in real images. The cute, but resourceful, ladybugs remain great to follow. Like the black ants. The large red ants pop up as an enemy at every turn and bring extra panache and action to the whole. The house spider is also fun.
Nice to broaden the horizon and exchange the familiar forest for the jungle or a tropical island. Other dangers lurk around the corner and the tarantula was not only scary but also very well made.
A lot of repetition with the first film indeed, but it works. I also loved the sound again with the buzz and the sounds.
