Mai Mai Shinko to Sennen no Mahô plot
Third-grader Shinko is a daydreamer who likes to fantasize about what the world looked like a thousand years ago. Her fantasies travel well into the Heian era (794-1185). One day, Tokyo-born Kiiko joins Shinko's class and the two quickly become good friends. The two soon find themselves dealing with the consequences of a strange incident that took place a thousand years ago.
