Louis la Chance plot

Louis and his brother Remi (a scientist) have developed a new type of petrol with which they hope to win the 1943 Grand Prix in Monaco. Their biggest rival is Baron Franz Borgstein, who killed their father in the very first Grand Prix race. But with their new gas and their father's repaired Bugatti, the brothers try to reclaim their family title.
